Kathie is the consumate professional who does everything with a big smile on her face. She takes the greatest care of me and our mutual customers, and is never phased by anything challenging. We recently had a refinance together where there was an issue obtaining a payoff. Should've been the easiest thing ever, but it wasn't. Her team worked hard to get it and then Kathie jumped on it herself, spending hours (hours!) on the phone finding someone to get us what we needed. She's a joy to partner with and I love every chance I have to work with her.
